Geosynthetics Supply for Civil and Infrastructure Projects

Nanjing GeoCore New Materials Co., Ltd. is a Nanjing-based geosynthetics trading and export company serving international contractors, distributors, engineering companies and project procurement teams. Rather than operating as a single-product manufacturing factory, we work with specialized manufacturing partners selected according to their production equipment, product experience, testing capabilities and ability to meet specific project requirements. Through one coordinated sourcing and export process, we help customers purchase geogrids, geotextiles, geomembranes, geocells, erosion-control products and drainage materials from suitable production facilities in China. Our team manages the key commercial and operational stages of each order, including product specification review, manufacturing-option comparison, sample and production coordination, packaging and labeling confirmation, technical and quality-document collection, product inspection, container loading, export documentation and international shipment support. Because different geosynthetic materials require different raw materials, manufacturing equipment and testing methods, we match each product category with an appropriate production partner instead of presenting all products as being made in one factory. Factory video calls, production checks, batch documents and independent pre-shipment inspections can also be arranged according to order requirements. Our objective is to provide international customers with suitable geosynthetic materials, clear specifications, transparent sourcing arrangements, reliable documentation and practical export support.

How GeoCore Works

Nanjing GeoCore New Materials Co., Ltd. operates through a coordinated business model that connects international customer requirements with suitable geosynthetics manufacturing resources in China. The process begins with a detailed review of each project, including the required product type, technical specifications, roll or panel dimensions, quantity, application, applicable standards, destination country, delivery port, packing requirements, test documents and inspection needs. Based on this information, GeoCore manages international sales, specification review, supplier selection, quotation and contract preparation, production follow-up, quality-document collection, inspection coordination, export documentation and shipment communication. Manufacturing is then arranged with specialized production facilities selected according to the relevant product category, including geogrids, geotextiles, geomembranes, geocells, geobags, geotubes, drainage materials and waterproofing products. When required for project approval, factory inspection, certificate verification or third-party testing, the relevant manufacturing entity can be disclosed. Any certificate or test report issued to a manufacturing facility retains the original certificate holder’s name, helping customers verify product sources, quality documents and supply arrangements more clearly.

What We Supply

Geocore Geogrid

Geogrids

Our geogrid range may include:

  • PP biaxial geogrid
  • PP uniaxial geogrid
  • PET geogrid
  • Fiberglass geogrid
  • Steel-plastic geogrid
  • Composite geogrid

Typical applications include road-base reinforcement, retaining structures, embankments, working platforms and weak-subgrade improvement.

Geotextiles

We supply woven and nonwoven geotextiles used for:

  • Separation
  • Filtration
  • Drainage
  • Protection
  • Reinforcement

Available categories may include needle-punched nonwoven geotextiles, continuous-filament geotextiles, PP woven geotextiles and composite fabrics.

Product selection should consider tensile properties, apparent opening size, permittivity, puncture resistance and application conditions rather than GSM alone.

Geocore Geotextile
geogore geomembrane

Geomembranes

Our liner-material range may include:

  • Smooth HDPE geomembrane
  • Textured HDPE geomembrane
  • LLDPE geomembrane
  • Composite geomembrane
  • Project-specific waterproofing liners

Typical applications include ponds, reservoirs, landfills, wastewater facilities, mining containment and environmental-protection projects.

Geocells & Erosion-Control Products

Available products may include:

  • HDPE geocell
  • Geomat
  • Grass reinforcement grid
  • Geobag
  • Geotube
  • Erosion-control mat

These products are commonly considered for slope protection, soil confinement, shoreline works, channel protection and load-support applications.

geocore geocell
geocore composite drainage board

Drainage and Waterproofing Materials

We may also supply:

  • Composite drainage board
  • Drainage cell
  • Plastic blind drain
  • Perforated drainage pipe
  • Bentonite waterproofing blanket
  • Composite waterproofing materials

Product selection depends on drainage capacity, soil filtration, compressive load, installation direction and final outlet conditions.

How We Select Manufacturing Partners

We evaluate potential manufacturing partners according to the specific requirements of each product and order. This assessment may cover the facility’s product specialization, production equipment, raw-material control, standard product range, customization capability, testing equipment, batch-traceability procedures, packaging capacity, delivery performance and willingness to accept inspection. Because different geosynthetic materials require different manufacturing processes and quality-control capabilities, a single factory is not automatically suitable for every product category. For each order, we therefore review whether the proposed production facility can manufacture the required product structure, meet the confirmed specification and provide the necessary technical and quality documentation. Where practical, customers may also request factory information, production-line photographs, live factory video calls, sample testing, production inspection or an independent third-party factory assessment.

Order Process

1. Requirement Review

We review the customer’s product specification, quantity, application, destination and documentation requirements.

When information is incomplete, we identify the parameters that should be confirmed before quotation.

2. Product and Supplier Matching

We compare available manufacturing options according to:

  • Required material
  • Product structure
  • Performance parameters
  • Dimensions
  • Quantity
  • Testing requirements
  • Delivery schedule
3. Quotation and Specification Confirmation

The quotation or proforma invoice states the agreed:

  • Product name
  • Specification
  • Dimensions
  • Quantity
  • Packing
  • Incoterm
  • Delivery port
  • Lead time
  • Payment terms
  • Inspection requirements
4. Production Follow-Up

After order confirmation, we coordinate production and collect available progress information.

Depending on the order, progress records may include:

  • Raw-material preparation
  • Production photographs
  • Product labels
  • Packing photographs
  • Inspection records
  • Loading photographs or videos
5. Inspection and Shipment

Inspection may be completed through:

  • Production-facility internal inspection
  • GeoCore-coordinated checking
  • Customer-appointed third-party inspection
  • Container-loading supervision

After approval, we coordinate packing, export documentation and shipment according to the agreed terms.

Company Verification

Verify the Company Before You Order

We encourage customers to verify the legal seller, payment beneficiary, product specification and supply arrangement before making payment.

Customers with a genuine purchasing requirement may request:

  • Watermarked business license
  • Company registration information
  • Unified Social Credit Code
  • Bank beneficiary confirmation
  • Product Technical Data Sheet
  • Available test reports
  • Manufacturing-facility information
  • Certificate-holder information
  • Sample export documents
  • Third-party inspection arrangement

Quality-Control Approach

Quality Is Checked Against the Confirmed Order

Geosynthetic products should not be evaluated by appearance, GSM or price alone.

Our quality-control approach focuses on whether the supplied product corresponds to the parameters confirmed in the quotation, contract or proforma invoice.

Depending on the product, checks may cover:

  • Raw-material type
  • Product structure
  • Width and length
  • Mass per unit area
  • Thickness
  • Tensile strength
  • Elongation
  • Junction efficiency
  • Puncture resistance
  • Apparent opening size
  • Permittivity
  • Peel strength
  • Surface condition
  • Roll identification
  • Packing condition

Not every parameter applies to every product.

The inspection scope should follow the relevant specification, test method and agreed acceptance criteria.

Documentation Available

Depending on the product, production facility and order requirements, available documents may include:

Technical Documents
  • Technical Data Sheet
  • Product specification sheet
  • Material information
  • Installation guidance
